The house of Mas d 'Andran, 5 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people (infants included) for an area of 235 sqm. You will enjoy a lovely view of the Mediterranean garden of 5000 sqm, its weeping willows and fruit trees . Mas d 'Andran is located between Cléon d' Andran and Roynac. Enjoy a stay in the countryside in Drôme Provençale. The space The house consists of 5 bedrooms including 1 PRM bedroom (18, 20, 35 and 2x25 m2) each with 1 bathroom and 1 private bathroom. The rooms have an area of 18 m2, 20 m2, 35 m2 and 2x25 m2. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable (180 x 190 cm). Bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small) as well as a pool towel per person will be provided. The dining room of the living room is spacious and close to the kitchen, which will allow you to eat comfortably. A stone cathedral lounge with its mezzanine and a private terrace shaded by a majestic wisteria will embellish your vacation. The house is on the park side. The 15 x 5 m swimming pool (enclosed by a wall, a hedge and a door), its large terrace (with shower and toilet), the summer kitchen for meals by the pool, the 5000 m2 Mediterranean garden and the petanque court are for the exclusive use of the guests of the house and the apartment. It is important to note that very young children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Private parking is also available. A tourist guide will be at your disposal to discover the Drôme Provençale. • PLEASE NOTE: As the owners live on the premises, we do not accept rentals for celebrations or parties. The wifi does not always work very well due to the thickness of the walls and depending on the weather. Wired internet works better. For insurance and security reasons, the total capacity of the cottage is 10 people (including babies). Any additional person will be refused. Thank you for understanding.
