Villa Le Clôt Du Ventoux is located in Drôme Provençale at the foot of Mont Ventoux in Montbrun-les-Bains (80 km from Avignon). Small village classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, medieval, and thermal, many shops, spa, restaurants, hotel, bars, pharmacy. The space LEISURE AND ACTIVITIES: Spring, Summer, Winter: Hiking, biking, swimming, municipal pool, river, tree climbing, horseback riding, climbing. Many places to visit: (Roussillon Colorado Provençal, Papal city and Avignon Bridge, medieval villages, etc.), visit Mont Ventoux which remains a must-see place. Visit the medieval village of Montbrun, lavender fields in bloom in early July. Thermal and fitness resort from March to the end of October, weekly market on Saturday morning. The villa is located at private pool at the cottage: In October, listen to the deer rutting, pick mushrooms. Winter snowshoeing in the Ventoux, ski resort 80 KM away. The villa is 1 km from the center of the village in a quiet area, sleeps 6, (cleaning included, linens, towels provided). Outside: Fenced villa with car parking, large 1600 m2 garden, unheated pool with beach, sun loungers, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor table for eating. pétanque balls, ball... Interior: air-conditioned accommodation, mosquito net, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with large 160 cm beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. 1 bathroom with Italian showers, washing machine. living room with armchairs, sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, fully equipped kitchen: (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster, 2 coffee makers, kettle, dishes, food processor) books, board games. Please respect the rules that are available in the gîte. Even if the cleaning is done by me when you arrive: Please undo your beds and put everything in the shower, tidy up and leave a minimum clean when you check out. You must take out your garbage (garbage cans around the village) The BBQ must be cleaned by you after use.
