In the north of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, in a quiet, local residential area of Alcudia, is the 300 m² large holiday home Ca L'Estrella directly at the sea. The lovingly furnished holiday home in warm tones extends over 2 floors and has a very large living room with a fireplace, a gallery and a dining area, a very well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and therefore can accomodate 6 people (+ up to 2 children). Other things to note Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs and a children's bed. Outside you will find a covered terrace with comfortable furniture as well as a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains on the horizon. From here you can reach a large lawn, lined with Mediterranean plants and equipped with sun beds, which offers a wonderful place to relax. Only a few metres behind the garden there is a direct access to the sea with a narrow pebble beach and a possibility to park sun beds comfortably. Also the beautiful sandy beach Platja Es Morer Vermell is only 900 m and a 12-minute walk away from the accommodation. The nearest supermarket is 800 m away and a restaurant with regional specialities is 500 m from the house. Parking is available on the street. Parties are not allowed. Families with children are preferred, in general guests should be at least 25 years old.
