The space PORTUGUES (ENGLISH below) Two-bedroom apartment with ocean front view (approx. 85m² interior, and with 2 balconies: 9m² sea front with all-day sun + back 3m²): Located on the 4th floor (of a 6-story building; 2 elevators) and fully furnished. Conforto e descanso com excelentes colchões e almofadas da Pikolin (camas 1.50m, 1.35m, e 1.05m por 2.00m + sofa-cama de 1.40m por 2.00m). O alojamento inclui atoalhados de qualidade superior, internet wireless, canais TV em Português, Espanhol e Inglês, Netflix (filmes, séries, desenhos animados, documentários, stand-up, etc.), e lugar de estacionamento em garagem subterrânea para 1 veículo com o máximo de 5,60m de comprimento. Este T2 dispõe de hall de entrada, dois quartos com armários embutidos, cozinha grande e completa (e.g. maquinas de lavar louça e roupa), sala de estar, uma casa de banho completa (banheira), uma segunda casa de banho com chuveiro, varanda de frente panorâmica, varanda traseira (com lavandaria). ENGLISH This apartment is fully equipped (e.g. dishwasher and laundry machine). The furniture and some appliances (fridge, water heater, smart TV) have been remodeled in June 2016. The 3 new beds (and high-comfort mattresses) are 1.50m, 1.35m and 1.05m by 2.00m, and the new sofa-bed is 1.40m by 2.00m - we provide a visco elastic topper for the sofa-bed if you would like it to be even more comfortable. You will have memory gel pillows too. The balcony is sunny all day long (2 adjustable overhead shades) and has wonderful views of the beach and Monte Gordo bay. Just cross the street to enjoy the long white sand beach and the warmest sea water in Portugal. The VRSA sports complex is located 2km down the road (straight line with running/biking lanes). We look forward to welcoming you and make your stay as awesome as possible. The security deposit will only be claimed by us if there are damages to the apartment and its contents. Note that we only provide the first day basic supplies to the apartment (e.g. toilet paper, liquid soap, trash bag, etc.). You are responsible for buying the supplies you need during your stay (supermarket downstairs). In relation to linens and bedding we provide 2 sets of each per person and bed for the entire stay - the apartment has a laundry machine. There are no cleaning services included during the lodging. If desired, laundry and house cleaning services are available for an extra fee. We are not a hotel. We rent furnished apartments (utilities included). Do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information or specifics. Guest access You will have this entire apartment at your disposal - it will be like your own home during the stay. The hot-tub and shower have wall holders for people with diminished mobility. The garage door has a wireless remote command. The free Wifi has great and unlimited broadband (perfect to watch or download anything online - e.g. movies, web-calls, etc.). Other things to note EN: The Security Deposit (100 euros) will only be claimed if there is damage in the apartment and its contents during the stay. No check-in será cobrada a Taxa Turística de 1 euro por pessoa por noite, até um máximo de 7 euros por pessoa.
