Originally a corner store, the space has been stylishly repurposed into a one bedroom apartment for holidaymakers to relax and enjoy their stay. Located close to the lively Wray Avenue precinct the apartment offers a quiet retreat just a fifteen minute stroll to the hustle & bustle of the port city of Fremantle. The space The apartment is entered from Edmund Street through it's own garden gate. The gate leads to French doors and a small but charming garden and courtyard. Both the garden and the apartment provide a cosy and private space. Choose between a cosy nook to read or enjoy a coffee break or have a BBQ in the courtyard. Key drop off box Please note: The floor in the apartment is lime washed to let the over 100 year old jarrah floor boards show through (this presents as dark streaks). The floor is vacuumed and washed between each visit. Other things to note We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the apartment and your safety and enjoyment of the space is important to us therefore all door handles, switches and the key box will be wiped with methylated spirits in addition to general cleaning products between stays. Your hosts live in the adjoining house and are readily available should you need assistance. Please note: This accommodation has one bedroom and a bed settee. It is not recommended for 4 adults so the maximum capacity is set to 3 people (with the exception of a baby). In the spirit of the Airbnb community cleaning costs have been kept to an absolute minimum. This is only possible by asking guests to do their dishes and leave the space tidy prior to departure.
