The Hamptons' Coastal Retreat

Our beautiful home has everything for a coastal getaway. Re-designed with a Hamptons-inspired touch, the space feels bright, airy, and relaxing. The house features high quality furniture and bedding, is spacious and beautifully decorated, and centres around a modern and open kitchen. A sparkling saltwater pool is ideal for cooling off on warm days, while the outdoor patio area offers plenty of room to relax. We warmly welcome you to enjoy our home — and to look after it as if it were your own. The space A good size sparkling swimming pool is very inviting during hot summer. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality cookwares (Baccarat and La Roche). We also have a rice cooker and a bread maker for your convenience. The sofa is brand new, expensive and comfortable. All the beds and mattresses are also brand new, high quality and very comfortable. The ensuite bedroom has a king size bed, while the other two bedrooms have a queen bed and a double bed. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a large shower and the second bathroom has a spa. The outdoor area (under patio) is spacious and has just finished renovations with limestone flooring and new glass pool fence for your relaxation. Our house is located in a cul de sac street with quiet and child friendly neighbours. A two minute walk will take you to Woolworths, Medical center and other shops. A 6 minute drive will take you to the Mooloolaba beachfront. There are lovely bike baths everywhere and you could ride to Mooloolaba...cafes and beaches if desired (bikes not included). Guest access Parking is on the driveway (Internal garage is not available for guest access). Other things to note Only a maximum of six(6) Guests allowed to stay. Max adults is strictly four (4) . We want you to enjoy your stay, just be respectful of the neighbours. This is a family orientated cul-de-sac. No "parties" and no "schoolies" allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house. If you are a smoker then only outside and butts extinguished & disposed in the Wheelie Bin. Pets might be allowed only if that is communicated in advance and agreed upon; subject to a cleaning fee and pet bond. Once allowed, pets must stay outside only, in the patio area. Extra cleaning fee would apply if pet hair is found inside the house. On checking out, Please: - Leave the house clean and tidy — similar to how it was when you arrived, - Wash and put away any dishes you’ve used, - Wipe up any spills or obvious mess, - Leave furniture and items where they were, - Take out rubbish, - Wheelie bins put out on curb side for collection if vacating on Tuesday-Thursday.
