The space The fully equipped and furnished to a high standard house has it's private swimming pool and garden with barbecue and resting area. It is equipped with modern furniture outside, with sunbeds and a table with chairs under the pergola, where you can have lunch or dinner. The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, with a dining area, and a kitchen. You will have an unforgettable holidays here. Each room has air conditioning. The house consists of two floors. - Ground floor: A living room with a large TV and with the direct access to the garden and the pool. 1 bedroom with a double bed and with direct access to the garden, 1 bathroom, 1 large lounge/dining area , a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster. - the first floor: 3 bedrooms (a double bed in each one), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), very nice balconies with relaxing pool views; Come and enjoy your stay with us! Guest access If you choose our villa for your holidays, you'll not need a car. Everything is close: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, beach and the center of Albufeira are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Faro airport is 27km from the house. Also we can arrange a transfer for you (for additional cost). Other things to note You can be asked to pay a damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded after your departure. Our villa has got its rules: - the house should be left in the same condition as it was when you entered. - garbage should be thrown away. Big containers for the garbage are in front of Villa 10. - dirty dishes must be put in the dishwasher. Do not put dirty dishes in the cupboards please! -on the day of your departure please leave the key in the key box, turn all electrical appliances off, including air conditioning. Close the windows and the front door, don't forget to close the gate. - the key from the house put in the same key lock.
