Nestled on the side of a hill, with 180 degrees sweeping views across the valley to the Brindabella mountains. Exclusive use of Hygge with four bedrooms, sleeping eight to ten; a well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need. Perfect for multigenerational families /groups of friends/ large families. The space Once you arrive at Peter and Barbara’s property, you will feel a sense of the peaceful and tranquil lifestyle of country living with the benefits of access to all Canberra attractions. It is a home away from home, with everything you need, It is provisioned with tea and coffee making facilities, all linen, flat-screen TV, BBQ selection of books and games. The house is well equipped to dine at home, with all essential cookware and condiments supplied in fact you may not want to leave this beautiful house. But if you want to dine out there are nearby restaurants. There are four bedrooms, each with a split system air conditioner unit to ensure you have the ultimate comfort. The house sleeps eight to ten, with the master bedroom is very spacious and has a queen-size bed, and its own ensuite. Two bedrooms have king-size beds that can be converted to single beds and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Two extra fold up beds can be added. There is a well-appointed bathroom with a large bath and a separate toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry if required. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a large oven and a butler’s pantry. The kitchen opens out to the living area with open plan dining area. There is a separate entertainment area with TV and Wifi. All the living areas open out onto verandas where you can sit and enjoy the ambiance. You can enjoy breakfast on the northern veranda or dinner on the southern veranda.
