Located in a very nice area between lakes, easy mountains and the city, our house is very convenient for families: - garden with terrace/children's games (table tennis, trampoline); - large bedrooms/living space; - bicycle storage space... on the ground floor; - large parking space (2 cars); - protected and easy bike path leading to Chambéry, Aix les Bains, Lac du Bourget (13 km)... and further! The space Our house (130 m² + 35 m² storage space) is a typical Savoyard house with a storage space on the ground floor. We have a very nice little kitten that most of the time we leave in the care of the people we host, and it goes very well! On the first floor you will find the kitchen where you can eat, the living/dining room and toilet. On the 2nd floor, there is a large bathroom (shower/bathtub, toilet, changing table), 3 large bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a 120 cm bed + a drawer bed, bedroom 2 with a 140 cm double bed and bedroom 3 with a 160 cm double bed and the place to put a baby bed). On the top floor, we have set up a bedroom under the roofs (ceiling height 1.65 m) with a 160 cm bed and closets. The house is very accessible with a road (+ bike path) serving Chambéry and La Motte Servolex. Guest access You will have access to all the standard equipment of the house (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave oven...) and games/books for children. This is our residence, thank you for your respect. Upon request, we can provide you with a baby bed. A changing table is available in the bathroom with a large bathtub (you can put 3 small children in it!). On the ground floor, you can park your bikes and store your equipment.
