Beach Cottage Torquay - bright, cosy, by the beach

Delightful, private, cosy 2-storey beach house by the sea. Private gardens, bbq area and off street parking. Endless beaches, walking and cycling tracks. Only a short stroll to beautiful Whites Beach. 10+ minute walk to Torquay shopping precinct or 1 min drive. Perfect for a couple/couples or family. The space Our delightful, bright, sunny 2-storey Beach Cottage is in fact a private beach house on its own private property. It is only a short stroll to the beach and located only 1.5km to the town centre. Perfect location to be so close to the beach and yet far enough away from the busy centre of town (particularly in the busy holiday periods). We live in a property next door so we're not usually far away if you need anything during your stay. However, your privacy is very important to us. There are 3 bedrooms available and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is located downstairs with an ensuite; the second QS bedroom is upstairs and the 3rd bedroom is downstairs with 2 single beds plus the main bathroom. The kitchen/dining/living area is upstairs with a balcony. It has a bright aspect overlooking the garden. Outside you have a private, garden/lawn and a bbq area at the rear of the property. There is ample off street parking for more than 1 vehicle. All linen is provided except beach towels. Guest access The property is let in its entirety, however, if you book for two say - other bedrooms are locked off. Other things to note Price is based on 2 people staying. Additional rates do apply for extra guests. By entering the total number of people staying, the rate will calculate automatically for you. Please let us know if you require the portacot or high chair as these items are normally stored elsewhere and will need to be organised prior to your stay. Please also note that our property is not suitable for schoolies type groups. Minimum age requirement is 25.
