Charming apartment equipped with every comfort in a small-family villa with sea view terrace and private garden located at the gates of Porto Santo Stefano. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The space Well-maintained and designer decor, completely renovated, with a large terrace equipped for outdoor living with beautiful views of the sea, the lagoon and the city of Orbetello. The terrace has an outdoor dining area near the living room, the south part of the terrace is equipped with a hot/cold water sink and stove. Nearby is a relaxation area with a lounge chair and a large outdoor shower with hot water. Just below the terrace you will find a completely flat and planted lawn area with olive trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. The interior consists of a living room with kitchenette with peninsula and stools, an extendable four-seater table. Near the kitchen there is a comfortable storage room equipped with a 5kg washing machine and shelves. On the opposite side is the seating area with a three-seater sofa, armchairs, and poufs. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms all overlooking the sea equipped with countertops, hangers, and shoe racks. One has a double bed, one with a double bed and the last with a bunk bed. The whole house has air conditioning/heating. Located in a quiet location but still close to the village of Porto Santo Stefano about 1 km away and the sandy beaches of Giannella and Feniglia. For those who want to walk down to the sea about 200 meters away on foot at about 200 meters (but with a difference in height 100 meters) there is the small "Bionda" with sand and rocks. To reach the sea on foot you need to take about 150 meters of the road that leads to the house downhill/uphill, take about 200 meters on the provincial road which is without a sidewalk or pedestrian passages and reach the road that runs along the sea. Guest access All the space is at your disposal: apartment, terrace and garden. The terrace and garden are private and for exclusive use. At your disposal two private parking spaces plus a third place in the condominium parking lot. I will not be present during your stay. Other things to note Beach towels or beach equipment are NOT provided.
