Liandys is ready to welcome you! 3 spacious bedrooms (main with ensuite), DB sofa bed, 2.5 bathrooms, dog-friendly, secure yard, air-conditioned, free WIFI, HD Smart TV, Chromecast, Nespresso coffee maker, BBQ, and outside room with fan. The space Liandys is a recently renovated air-conditioned home with a modern interior and light-filled rooms. 3 bedrooms - 2 x QB and 2 x King Singles, DB sofa bed in Living Room. Huge bathrooms with an extra washroom in the large laundry area, which is also a lockable storage area for your water toys. Beautiful gardens and front deck to enjoy the regular visits from the local kangaroos, parrots, and some resident bower birds under the frangipanis. Dogs are very welcome, with secure yard, dog bed and bowls. The lake is an easy flat 120m walk away, with the beach, 3 boat ramps, and a local cafe within a 5-minute drive or 1km walk. The house is very comfortable, light, and bright with an open plan living with combustion wood fireplace, kitchen, and dining which flows to a spacious outdoor entertaining area. There is an outdoor leather lounge and table setting, a BBQ ready to use and the space is great for entertaining family and friends. Guest access Parking is around the side of the house in Waterview Close where you can park on the driveway outside the double garage. Ample room here also to park your boat or trailer. Other things to note Some house rules: - No smoking in the house, including the front deck and please bin your butts. - Please note there are three internal stairs which lead from the living areas to the bedrooms and bathrooms, with a handrail for assistance. Linen & Towels: Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and wash cloths are supplied. (In the 3rd bedroom the king single beds can be easily pushed together to create a KB, however, KB sheets and quilt are not supplied - the room is only prepared as 2 single beds with linen). You will need to bring your own beach towels. Supplied: All beds have mattress & pillow protectors, down quilts, quilt covers and comfy pillows. Blankets are supplied in the colder months. Tea towels in kitchen drawer. Firewood is not supplied but can be purchased at the local shop at end of the street. Minimum 7 day bookings in peak December and January weeks.
