The flat offers 90m2 indoor doubled by an additional 90m2 of outdoor space made of terrace and balconies surrounding the apartment on 3 sides. This set-up allows you to find, at any time of the day, shadow or sun depending on your wishes. To best accommodate your mood, individual electric awnings will let you adjust the sun exposure or brightness. To make the most of the outdoor, « LA TERRASSE » provides you with a large garden table and chairs, a garden lounge and deck chairs. At night, the indoor and outdoor dimmable LED down lights will create a cosy atmosphere. If you want to try and cook the famous Provençal Cuisine and then try and live the South of France Farniente, our large 40m2, modern, relaxing and fully equipped open kitchen/living room will support it. Cooking becomes just a pleasure with the cooking island facing the bay! Cooking goes as well with ease with the last generation of well-known branded household appliances which comprises a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a micro-wave, an induction hot plate connected with its Bluetooth ceiling hood. You can choose between two bedrooms: « LA VUE »: This Master bedroom has an amazing day and night view on the harbor and the roof and streets of the old village. This bedroom proposes a Queen Size bed of 160x200 cm, its dressing with drawers and wardrobe and a master bathroom attached. The latter will delight you with its breathtaking and unoverlooked view on the harbor both from the freestanding bathtub or XXL walking shower. The bathrooms offers as well twin vanity Villeroy & Boch sinks with concealed Fantini sink mixers, a large LED mirror with Bluetooth speakers and a private WC. « LE SPA »: You will love its zen atmosphere and its adorable view on the typical and historical Villefranche’s houses and fruit trees. It proposes a double bed of 140x200cm, a dressing and an attached shower room with its bucket-like sink, its relaxing bench and its walking shower. The sofa bed offers additional double bedding. Its foam mattress, for permanent bedding, offers a pleasant sleeping comfort. « LA TERRASSE » includes a utility room with washing machine and tumble-dryer and an additional separate WC.
