The villa is composed of 3 apartments, each with independent and reserved entrances from each other. Two apartments are used by owners who do not live here, but stay for short holiday periods. Your apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms (if necessary a double bedroom becomes with 2 single beds), a bedroom with a single bed and the possibility of adding a baby cot on request; a bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower and washing machine; a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area. A large window fills the room with light and overlooks the lake. Outside there is a patio overlooking the lake and surrounding forest. It is equipped with an umbrella, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Guests have a large garden area where they can sunbathe, relax and children can play. Some spaces are reserved exclusively for owners. These spaces are indicated in the house rules and will also be reported upon your arrival. Guest access Guests can access the house through the rear gate by driving their car down to the lowest part of the house and the garden. Here there is a large uncovered parking lot and a fenced-in garden area reserved just for them. There are no common spaces to share.
