It is one of the 4 apartments in the complex, 140 meters away from the beach and 220 meters away from the closest beach establishment and the city centre. It`s on the first floor, with parking area; it`s air conditioned and it can accommodate up to 5 guests. The space It`s140 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo, Appartamento is part of thecomplex. It is a two-floor complex that consists of4 holiday homes(2 on the ground floor and two on the first floor). It`s a recently-built complex equipped with a parking area near the building. Appartamento Stella Marina is independent and can accommodateup to 5 guests. The holiday home by the sea in Torre Lapillo Itis on thefirst floorof the complex in Torre Lapillo. The property is fenced and it`s introduced by the shared outdoor space equipped aslaundry area, with two washing machines at disposal of the guests. The outdoor staircase in the shared area takes the guests to the first floor. It consists of a living room with dining area, open kitchen and sofa bed, while thesleeping areaconsists of a master bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with accessories such asair conditioning, electric oven, television and hair-dryer. The surroundings of the complex The Residence is 140 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo and 220 meters away from the closest beach establishments. It`s 150 meters away from the centre of Torre Lapillo with its amenities, such as tobacco shop, supermarket, fish shop, doctor on duty and pharmacy, church and various shops. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Shared washing machine. - Air conditioner in the living room. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 150 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
