The Annexe - sleeps 2-4 (beach themed cottage)

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount. The space The Annexe is suitable for up to 4, either 1 or 2 adults (sleeping in upstairs double bed bedroom) or adults with 2 children (sleeping in narrow single beds downstairs in the dining area). If 2 couples book and the second couple want to use the downstairs single beds, that's also fine as long as guest are comfortable with open plan layout and limited space downstairs. When not in use, the 2nd single bed slides under the first to form a day bed/sofa. Dining table to seat 4 which can also be used as a work desk. We provide a 2 ring electric cooker in the kitchen and microwave oven; there is a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster and a microwave. An open plan staircase connects the upstairs and downstairs. Guest access The Annexe has its own separate front door accessed from the drive and independent of our house. Independent check-in available via key safe. Use of front garden for well behaved children and pets! There is plenty of parking on the drive for 2 guest cars. Other things to note Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
