Apartment Stadl in Höttingen / Franconian Lake District

In Höttingen, in the middle of the Franconian Lake District and not far from the large Brombachsee, 90 square meters with its own entrance area and terrace await you. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed, TV & fireplace. The living area on the 1st floor is decorated in Mediterranean flair with dining area, kitchen, sofa corner & large flat-screen TV. A bathroom with daylight windows and bedroom with walk-in closet are also located on the upper floor. The space An open staircase leads up. First you reach a small intermediate floor with seating and a small desk. There is also a ceiling fan with 3 speed levels. After a few more steps, you will enter the open dining and living area of the apartment. A nice dining area invites you to linger as much as the sofa area. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. From the living-dining area you enter the separate bathroom with spacious shower, wash basin and toilet - incl. daylight window. Opposite is the door to the bedroom, which is at the back of the property overlooking the garden, with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a walk-in closet. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in the summer months. A country farm of course also includes a large garden, which you are welcome to share. Cozy seating and sunbathing are just as available as a barbecue area. Our garden is a communal garden shared by the other two apartments. Due to the size, however, there are different areas to stay among yourselves. Our garden is also inhabited by two senior horses, two mini pigs, a dog, a handful of dwarf chickens, ducks and a domestic goose. Guest access The apartment is separate! From the bedroom there is the access to the main house, but it is closed off. Should a washing machine or 2nd shower is needed, we will gladly open the access. Because the washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. There is also a separate shower in the same room. Other things to note The price is per night for 2 people during the respective season. In the high season, the prices apply from 4 nights. During the off-season, there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Check-in from 2 pm Check-out by 10 am Our apartments are "Adults Only" because our guests are looking for peace and quiet. Storage for your e-bikes is available.
