Pretty 250 m2 Sologne farmhouse 4 km from Sully-sur-Loire and 30 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron and its horse riding championship. Renovated in 2019, the house is modern and very welcoming. Quietly located on a small property with pond, it has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped, it is ideal for a weekend with friends or a family vacation. 6 horse boxes have been fitted out for the horse riding championships at the price of €30/horse/night The space Ideal for large groups (maximum 15), the house is perfect for friendly or family gatherings. Please do not move furniture or accessories. Finally, following a theft during a guest's stay in our cottage, we had 3 motion detectors/photos installed in the entrance and the main room.
