PURPOSE OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT The parties declare that the purpose of this lease is not to provide leased premises for main dwelling or mixed professional and main residential use. Accordingly, they agree that their respective rights and obligations shall be governed by the provisions of this contract, by the decree of December 28, 1976 amended and failing that by the provisions of the Civil Code. DURATION OF SEASONAL RENTAL The Lessor rents to the Lessee the accommodation from _______________ at 3 p.m. to _______________ at 10am. The Lessee expressly undertakes to have fully vacated the accommodation on ____________ to 10 hours at the latest, and to give the Lessor the keys. SECURITY DEPOSIT (no deposit with Airbnb) At the latest upon check-in, the Lessee will remit to the Lessor an amount of 400 Euros as a security deposit intended to cover damage and/or damage to the accommodation and furniture and objects lining the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as losses of keys or objects. The security deposit will be returned to the Lessee within a maximum of one month after his departure, minus any sums covering damage and/or damage to the accommodation and the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as the loss of keys or objects. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING This rental agreement is concluded intuitu personae for the benefit of the only lessee identified at the head of the agreement. Any assignment of this lease, any total or partial subletting, any provision - even free of charge, is strictly prohibited. The Lessee will not be able to leave the layout of the premises, even free of charge and/or by loan, to a person outside his or her home. 9. INVENTORY AND INVENTORY An inventory of fixtures and an inventory of the furniture made available to the Lessee are given to the Lessee upon check-in. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE - The Lessee will use peacefully of the rented accommodation and the furniture and equipment depending on the destination given to them by the lease and will be responsible for damages and losses that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises of which they have exclusive use. - The Lessee will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the contract.
