Your pied-à-terre for this stay has a beautiful, bright living room with a balcony, a bedroom area with a double bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. Bed linen and towels extra The space The studio: The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Treport, a stone's throw from the port and the beach in a small shopping street with all amenities: bakery, butcher, store, mini-market, restaurants, bars... Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with two armchairs, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate 2 guests. - A closed and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker... - A bedroom with a double bed. - A bathroom with a shower, a basin, shower gel and/or shampoo, storage space and a heated towel rail. - Separate toilet. - A balcony of about 4 m² without furniture facing south ! Guest access Full access to the property and its equipment. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels in supplement : 25 € / stay - This accommodation does not have internet access. - For an arrival after 7pm, a supplement of 20€ will be asked. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. A deposit of €30, corresponding to the cost of cleaning, will be requested on arrival by the concierge.
