The space Luxury Villa Dalmatia is a nice family 5-room house measuring 90 m2 on 2 levels, south-facing, and completely renovated in 2007. year. The house is situated in a small town on the island of Ciovo, in the district of Mavarstica 1.5 km from the center of Okrug Gornji, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. The house is rented in its entirety, not individual apartments. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people. The facility consists of: 4 bedrooms, two-bedrooms with one double bed and two rooms with two single beds. One double room with air conditioning. Kitchen, dining room and living room was a room 26 m2 with satellite-TV,Wi-fi internet, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen includes 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer. There are 2 shower toilet-bathrooms, of which one on each floor. Toilet on the upper floor has a washing machine. From the living room and the kitchen offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Solta. The upper floor has a terrace 32m2 in size with awning and furniture for the terrace. The terrace offers a magnificent view. In the yard are carefully edited mali gardens, swimming pool 8m length and width 4m,HEATED , and an outdoor shower. You can swim in the sea just 150 meters away and choose between sandy, stony or rocky beaches. The coast is rocky, and next to it is a beautiful promenade around the island Ciovo. Near the house is accessible facilities, tennis courts, and lunch or dinner at restaurants. The town offers a different kind of fun, quieter bars or discos, restaurants, casinos, leisure activities, spa, wellness, children's playground, diving, jet ski-ing, etc. Villa Dalmatia is 1 km away from medical offices, post offices and large stores and fresh food. 50 meters from the house there is a small local store, and 200 yards away cafe by the sea. Villa Dalmatia is 2km away from Torgira and 8 km from Split airport, and 30 kilometers from the city of Split. From home to the town of Trogir in 5 minutes. Car rental can be rented at the nearby Split airport. You can also rent a boat for a trip to the neighboring islands. Ciovo is a small island that is part of the Adriatic coast in Croatia, with an area of 28.8 km2 (length 15.3 km, width up to 3.5 km), population 6071 inhabitants (2001) and its highest point 218 yards (lawns). Ciovo is situated in Central Dalmatia, near Trogir and Bay. At its southeastern part is just 2 km away from Cape Marjan, and its northern end is connected to the mainland with a small movable bridge in the old town of Trogir, Trogir and actually spread throughout the island. Except of Trogir on the island there are several villages Arbanija EDNO, Okrug Gornji, Okrug Donji, Slatina and Prizidnica.   The vegetation is typically Mediterranean.
