The large outside sun terrace of this distinctive 4 bedroom, single storey villa offers a peaceful setting to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful gardens. It is complete with luxurious outdoor sofa to relax and unwind on at the end of the day and sun beds to soak up the sun. The tempting 8x4m infinity edged private swimming pool has an integral Jacuzzi and is adjacent to the sala. The sala contains a second dining table seating 8, as well as a BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining. With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak furniture, with beautiful Chinese antiques mixing with Thai influenced art works and silks. The indoor and outdoor living areas offer a central area to relax in, and these are complimented by cream, gold and warm orange soft furnishings. Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms + sofa bed, readily accommodating 10 people. The spacious master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, sofa bed, built-in wardrobes, and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious bath. Sliding double doors take you directly from the bedroom to the sun deck and the completely private swimming pool. Bedroom 2, with king-size bed, and bedroom 3, with two 3.5' single beds, also have direct sun deck and pool access, with green jungle views beyond. These two bedrooms share a detached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also includes a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player to amuse the youngsters who wish to take a break from the sun. There is also a small selection of books, board games and toys. Bedroom 4 has its own en-suite bathroom and is ideal for children as it has full size single bunk beds. The large living room, with ample seating on a comfortable sofa, has a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player and cable TV (a small library of recent movie hits is available). Again the living room opens directly onto the swimming pool, and looks out at open space and green trees. The open plan, fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, and the 8-seater dining table is perfect for dining on delicious Thai food. Guest access Accessed through a double front door, off a quiet road in a private estate, is the single storey house. All rooms are connected through the living room, which opens straight onto the sun terrace where the pool is located. Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautiful gardens, complete with several sun beds to soak up the sun or a lush pool and integral Jacuzzi. The seclusion of the villa from any main roads exudes privacy and makes the property safer for children. The villa is very close to Nai Harn beach, recently voted the best beach in Thailand by Trip Adviser, as well as Rawai beach, which offers restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a selection of boats for day trips to outlaying Islands. There are a number of delicious up-scale and relaxed restaurants within walking distance or short drive of the villa. Our team can arrange motorbike or car rentals, along with day trips and activities. Other things to note Sapphire villa is located in a quiet, secluded valley, but is easily accessible, just over 1 km from Nai Harn Beach. The villa offers privacy and is not over looked by anyone. Far enough away from the main roads, there are no road noises, and it is safe and secure for children. The villa is designed and furnished as a western family home (in Phuket) to give you all your home comforts while experiencing Thailand. The villa has a daily maid and Thai meals can be prepared and served upon request, at a charge. Additionally, the villa offers the support of being managed by an English owner who is experienced at traveling (with children) and living abroad, so can easily answer any of your questions.
