Guests have exclusive use of the semi-detached portion with a completely independent pedestrian entrance as the other portion of the semi-detached villa has other accesses well separated from those of the guests themselves. The two portions of the semi-detached villa are side by side but divided by a boundary wall, pine hedge and partition that allow you to maintain privacy. Other things to note A security deposit of €300 in cash is required, which will be returned at check-out, subject to verification of the villa's condition.
