150m behind the Croisette, 300m Film Festival Palais. No A/C, but a small portable window air con in the lounge, and 2 fans. Walk to beach. 50m2 in a quaint 1900-building, sleeps 2-4 guests: 1 bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and 1 double sofa in the lounge. Basic kitchen but Nespresso, stove & fridge are new! Onsuite bathroom, separate toilet, intercom. Lively streets, can be loud at night. Note: 4th floor with no elevator = fitness guranteed! Bedding and towels incl for 2 sharing the main bed. The space Last minute price: Very centrally located in a highly secured and very lively neighborhood, close to bars, shops, restaurants and the beach front. Very popular streets at night and in the summer. On the top floor of a traditional building with 4 stairs to walk up (no lift): another reason we make it affordable. We enjoy spending relaxed family-time there during the year. Holiday or work: stay in Cannes like a local. Guest access Full access to the whole apartment. No smoking please. Other things to note Our goal is to welcome visitors who will enjoy our simple place, its location and most importantly its value for money. Our friend will welcome you on arrival. 3 main points to remember: - no lift (4th floor) - no Air Con (only a small portable unit, and some fans) - very busy pedestrian neighbouhood (bring earplugs) We've had guests complain about these points in the past; seems like they had not read the description of our place. So please take time to actually read everything before you decide to stay at our home, and enjoy your time :-)
