In 10 minutes you can walk to the cove of the "Bue Marino" mentioned by a green schooner, pebble beach and enchanting sea... The house is cool even in the middle of summer, the area is very ventilated and the sleeping area, semi-interrupted; it guarantees an almost constant temperature, but always of many degrees lower than the outdoor temperature. The two bedrooms are equipped with large "mouth-of-wolf" windows that guarantee ventilation and lighting.
