Mountain Lodge Sawmill Settlement

Located 25km past Mansfield and 3km from the entrance to Mt Buller, at the foot of the state forest and national park. The house is equipped with numerous kitchen appliances. Two showers, bath and two toilets A games and DVD cupboard and Satellite TV Perfectly situated for bush walking, snow adventures, motor and mountain bike riding, water skiing at Bonnie Doon or Goughs Bay and an easy waterfall walk from the house. *No pets through Winter season The space Open plan living with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. While there are additional beds, we advertise for 8 as that is the number of seats available at the dining table. 8 people is very comfortable and we charge per head for numbers over 8. Guest access Full access to the house and yards. No access to the bungalow or sheds. Other things to note Due to cleaning costs, we have a policy of minimum 2 night stay. Cleaning staff for Sawmill Settlement have use of the separate bungalow in the backyard, accessing the bungalow from next door. You will be advised if someone will be accessing it during your stay, although you most likely will not see them arrive or leave.
