The space This recently renovated 66 m² apartment is located in a secluded residential area on the northwestern tip of Gran Canaria, directly on the seafront. No houses in front of you – just the open ocean with magnificent views of Tenerife and Mount Teide, as well as breathtaking sunsets in the evening. 🌊🌞 The Balcony – Your Sanctuary 🌅🌋 The heart of the apartment is the spacious private balcony featuring a canopy bed, sun loungers and a dining table – all with an unobstructed sea view. Coffee in the morning to the sound of the waves, wine in the evening by the sunset. Here, hours pass like minutes. 🛌💤 Sleep & Living 🛋️📺 The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. A second room with a pull-out sofa bed offers space for two additional guests. The spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen invites you to relax: Cosy sofa, 43" TV with fire tv and 600 Mbit fiber-optic internet. 🍳 Kitchen & Bathroom 🚿 The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need: Oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom features a generous rain shower. 🚘 Garage for parking ✨ More to enjoy ✨ For active days, a bodyboard, beach tennis rackets and a beach umbrella are at your disposal. If you prefer to slow down, you’ll find books, board games, and a (vintage) Xbox. At night, it’s worth taking a look through the telescope – the starry sky here is truly impressive. 🧘 Unwind, Breathe, Discover 🥾 Whether it’s yoga on the balcony at sunrise, a quiet afternoon with a book and the sound of the waves or an evening with a glass of wine as the sun gently sinks into the sea – this is where the rush of the world fades into the infinity of the horizon. For those looking to explore the island, this is the perfect starting point: from hiking and cycling to diving, snorkeling, surfing or culture – the island's full diversity is within easy reach. We fell in love with this little gem instantly – and we hope you will too. Guest access The residential area is located away from the tourist hubs – quiet, authentic, and deliberately secluded. A rental car is recommended to fully enjoy the freedom of the island. Your car can be parked securely in our garage or in one of the free parking spaces on the property. Other things to note Since the nights here are often pitch-black and the starry sky is simply breathtaking, a telescope is available if you’d like a closer look at the moon and stars. For active days by the water: You are welcome to use our bodyboard, beach tennis rackets, and beach umbrella. Please note that the surfboard shown in some photos is unfortunately not included. Bath and beach towels are provided. All windows and doors are equipped with fly screens – perfect for warm nights with a fresh sea breeze and the balcony door wide open.
