The space The Strand Sun Ray is a luxurious condominium perfect for families. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the crystal clear lagoon each and the Caribbean Sea. The private sandy beach is a joy for kids and features nice palm trees, palapas (palm leaved umbrellas) and lounge chairs to enjoy the best beach day ever. The lagoon is excellent for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a large swimming pool. The Strand Sun Ray is situated in a secured resort which has a private parking space for each condominium. FEATURES The Strand Sun Ray features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway is a guest toilet. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high end finishes. There is a seating area inside and a dining area outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. AMENITIES The condominium is equipped with high speed wireless internet, flat screen with cable TV in both living area and master bedroom. The kitchen has all appliances needed for a home cooked meal such as refrigerator with ice cubes and water, cooking appliance, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso, regular small pods), toaster, etc. There is a central AC system for the entire unit which can be regulated at your convenience. Temperature and time in use will effect the total cost of usage. Cost for utilities are very high on the island. 40 kwh is included in the rate. Over usage will be charged at USD 0.50 per kwh. Meter readings are taken at check in and out. We kindly ask our guests to take the impact on the environment into consideration. There is a European washer and dryer available.
