The space This 44m² apartment can accommodate up to 11 people, but your comfort will be affected! **I recommend a maximum of 6 people if you want to maintain some personal space.** Some groups prefer to be closer together, to stay together and thus save money. It's up to you to decide what's most important: comfort or conviviality :) ---------- APARTMENT LAYOUT The apartment, located on the ground floor of the Antarès residence, is laid out as follows: - Bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower - Bedroom with a double bed and another double bed on a mezzanine - Living room with a sofa bed and a sleeping alcove with triple bunk beds - Fully equipped kitchen - Bathroom with bathtub - Toilet - Terrace ---------- WHAT IS RISOULSKI? Booking with RisoulSki guarantees you'll be staying with someone who's passionate about Risoul and the entire region for over 25 years :) ---------- YOUR BENEFITS WHEN BOOKING WITH RISOULSKI 1/ Discounts at Intersport in winter and summer! - In winter: up to 50% off (!) your ski equipment - In summer: 10% off all your rentals - In winter and summer: 10% off all your in-store purchases. 2/ An apartment right at the foot of the slopes! No need to carry your skis: a connecting ski run passes right in front of the residence, giving you easy access to the ski area and the ski school meeting point. You can put on and take off your skis right in front of your residence! 3/ Free access to the Antarès residence's swimming pool and sauna - The swimming pool and sauna are open daily during the winter and summer seasons, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - During the 2026 summer season, the swimming pool and sauna will be open from July 4, 2026 to August 30, 2026 inclusive. - During the 2026/2027 winter season, the swimming pool and sauna will be open from December 12, 2026 to April 3, 2027 inclusive. - Outside of these dates, the swimming pool and sauna will be closed. - Access to these facilities is not managed by RisoulSki and may change at any time depending on measures decided by the authorities or the residence management. 4/ Fully equipped apartments with plenty of beds All my apartments have character and are designed for practicality and comfort: I've optimized the space to include plenty of beds, as well as ample storage. This allows families or groups of friends to get together in a single apartment, whether for the desire to be together or for financial reasons. ---------- WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE 1/ Bed linens and towels RisoulSki gives you the choice: - You can bring your own bed linens and towels; - You can rent linens: €11 per single sheet set €14 per double sheet set €5 for a large towel €8 for a towel set (one large and two small) 2/ End-of-stay cleaning Cleaning is not included in the booking price, as we prefer to give you the choice and avoid imposing any additional charges. - You can either clean yourself, in which case you must leave the apartment in impeccable condition, just as you found it upon arrival. - Or you can opt for the cleaning service for €80. This service will only require you to clean the kitchenette, wash and put away the dishes, fold the duvets and put all the bedding back in its place, and take out the trash. 3/ Arrival before 5 pm and departure after 10 am possible (optional) At RisoulSki, check-in is from 5 pm, and check-out must be before 10 am at the latest. If you wish to stay longer in the apartment, this is generally possible (subject to availability), but there is an additional charge. Here are the current rates: - Arrival at 3 pm: €40 - Arrival at 1 pm: €60 - Arrival at 11 am: €80 - Departure at 12 pm: €40 - Departure at 2 pm: €60 - Departure at 4 pm: €80 ---------- APARTMENT AMENITIES All my apartments are fully equipped with the following: - Free Wi-Fi - Electric heating - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals (cutlery, plates, pots, pans, oven dishes, wine, champagne, beer, and water glasses), as well as: dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette/pierrade grill and fondue set, toaster, blender, and citrus juicer. - Bedding: duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and/or mattress pads on each bed (all bedding is new). Please note: you must bring your own bed linen or rent it in advance! - Ample storage, power outlets, and lighting - Flat-screen TV - Bluetooth speaker (remember to bring your own 3.5mm jack cable if needed) - Cleaning supplies (everything is provided to make your stay easier: 2 rolls of toilet paper, household cleaner, limescale remover, scouring cream, air freshener, window cleaner, toilet gel, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, mop, bucket, basin, broom, squeegee, dustpan, and dustpan) - Personal ski locker on level 0 of the residence, with the same number as your apartment And if you need anything else, just contact RisoulSki, and we'll do our best to help! ---------- YOUR ANTARÈS RESIDENCE - A superbly maintained 4-star residence, one of the newest and most comfortable in Risoul 1850. - Ski-in/ski-out access - Swimming pool and sauna: open only during the winter and summer seasons - Perfect location, right next to the nearest shops (open during the winter and summer seasons): grocery store, bakery, ski rental shops, bars, and restaurants. - Resort center (with additional shops) just a 5-minute walk away. - 3 elevators. - Free Wi-Fi throughout the residence. --------- Guest access Arrival and departure are self-service. The keys are in an electronic lockbox located on a chalet directly opposite your accommodation. You can therefore arrive whenever you like, from 5:00 PM onwards. This means even late in the evening or in the middle of the night. Check-out must be before 10:00 AM at the latest. ---------- Other things to note 1/ €300 Security Deposit A €300 security deposit must be secured by credit card BEFORE your arrival. This is done through the specialized third-party service Swikly, a market leader and highly reputable provider. Airbnb has, of course, authorized me to secure the deposit through Swikly, and you can verify this with Airbnb if you wish. The process is quick and easy: you will receive an email with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival. The €300 amount is not debited from your card, nor is it blocked. It is simply a verification that you have this amount available in your bank account. Thanks to Swikly, you are also better protected, as any charge request, if necessary, must be justified by us with photos, an invoice, and a complete description. Thanks to Swikly, the host doesn't have complete control over your security deposit (as is the case with cash deposits or deposits taken from a credit card). And, in case of disagreement, you can defend yourself, particularly through your check-in and check-out inspection reports, which you can complete online. For these reasons, Swikly charges a €6.78 service fee, which is paid by my guests. Please note that I also pay a fee to Swikly. There is no other way to manage the security deposit: no cash, no check, no bank transfer, because securing your deposit with Swikly automatically unlocks the code sent to retrieve your keys from the lockbox upon your arrival at the resort. 2/ Check-in and Check-out Inspection Reports To facilitate your arrival and departure, you manage the inspection reports yourself, using text and/or photos. The procedure, which will be explained to you later, is simple and easy to use, as you will see. 3/ No breakfast or meals available This is not a hotel. 4/ Parking The residence does not have private parking, but there are numerous free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity or a paid covered parking garage in the resort center. During peak season, it can sometimes be difficult to find a space. 5/ Baby cot and high chair available upon request I can provide a travel cot and high chair upon request. Please let me know as soon as possible as supplies are limited. 6/ Pets welcome free of charge at RisoulSki RisoulSki allows your pets to join you during your vacation at no extra charge. However, they remain your sole responsibility. 7/ Large groups Don't hesitate to contact RisoulSki! It is possible to combine this apartment with other studios/apartments located in the same residence. ---------- OFF-SEASON I offer my apartments and studios 365 days a year, even when the resort is closed. RisoulSki welcomes nature lovers and workers in all seasons. **Outside of the winter and summer seasons, the residence's swimming pool and sauna are closed.** During the off-season, the shops and restaurants are also generally all closed. Simply do your shopping in the valley before heading up to Risoul, and you'll be independent enough to experience the essentials: the mountains, their landscapes, and breathtaking views all to yourself!
