The south-facing house is located on a Mediterranean property in a quiet location. The idyllic sandy beach of Cala Pi and the center with various restaurants and bars can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. The popular sandy beach Es Trenc is located in Sa Ràpita, only about 12 minutes (18 km) away. The space The villa was completely renovated in 2020. A large covered terrace with a large dining table, the pool terrace with a beautiful pool and plenty of sun loungers invite you to relax. On hot days you will feel very comfortable on the covered terrace with the large dining table, as a cooling wind usually passes by here. On another terrace on the steep slope directly above the sea, you can enjoy the sunset. The villa has underfloor heating with a modern energy-saving heat pump and a powerful air conditioning system. For a positive ecological balance, a powerful photovoltaic system with solar modules was installed. The electricity produced here during the day is preferably used for own consumption.
