Old Franche-Comté farmhouse located in a small village on the heights of Lake Saint-Point (1000 m altitude). It is close to the cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking trails of La Fuvelle (5 min walk); downhill ski slopes (Métabief and Les Fourgs resorts 10 min drive), the beaches of Lake Saint-Point (Chaon and Malbuisson) 5 min drive, and 15 min from the Swiss border. Warm and welcoming home for families or groups of friends... The space The farm has on the ground floor: - a very well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, hood, American fridge) as well as its utensils and appliances for cooking (fondue and raclette appliances, multi pancake party, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, toaster...). - a pantry with a washing machine /hanging rack - Toilet - a lounge area articulated around the fireplace, a living room with a dining table with modular extension cords as well as its seating. TV, books, card games and society, puzzles will animate your evenings... Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of: - Bedroom 1: a double bed 160 x 200 and 2 bunk beds 90x190 + a child bed 4/6 years + a crib . - Bedroom 2: one double bed 140x190 and one single bed 90x190 - Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds 90x190 and 2 90x190 bunk beds. - an umbrella bed made available for one of the bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms: shower with double vanity and toilet, one second in the gym. - an office space - a gym with tv screen will be available to you. Baby accessories (high chair, bathtub, umbrella bed, a béaba sunbed adjustable in height, etc.) are available on request. Bath mats, dish towels, washable sponges and small hand towels are provided. Shampoo and shower gel are available in each bathroom. Linens and towels can be provided extra: 20 euros per person. The end of stay cleaning: 100 euros. The farm has an outdoor space: garden with games ( archery, ball and snowshoe games, slake- line), picnic table, wood/ charcoal barbecue, sunbeds, scooters, toboggans.... New February 2024: a pétanque court with boules available... A double closed garage (2 spaces and bicycle storage space...) is available further up the street as well as 2 parking spaces. New: A fast charging station for electric vehicles is accessible in the parking lot, on the garden side (payment for charging is at your expense). The interior space is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed (due to allergies), thank you for your understanding. You will have the lower part of the dwelling with independent entrance as well as its shared garden ( 15 Ares). We live in the upper part of the farm. Guest access 2 parallel parking spaces, along the road in front of the front door of the cottage, a double garage for the winter and others available in the church parking lot 200 m up the street.
