Your home away from home: 2 bedrooms Coliseum

Welcome to your home, within a stone's throw from the Coliseum: lovely, romantic comfortable flat in the heart of Rome. The flat consists of a large living/dining area with sofa and a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Apartment not suitable for Digital Nomads. The space "Il nido al Colosseo" is a charming flat located in a nineteen hundred mansion, in the heart of Rome. We personally took care of the refurbishment with a particular attention to decoration and details just to make you feel at home. I'm following the Government cleaning guidelines and Airbnb protocol to ensure our guests the best attention taking care of everybody's health The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. In the second bedroom there is the possibility to add an extra bed to suit the need for a twin or a second double. On request a baby cot with linens for kids up to 2 years old and a high chair are available free of charge. Both bedrooms have windows and doors so to preserve guests’ privacy. From 2019, in the living room was installed a 12.000 BTU A/C device which can cool the whole apartment. In addition every bedroom is equipped with an electric fan. The flat is easily reached from Rome Airports and railway Stations and located at walking distance to the metro "Colosseo", public transports and other facilities, making it an excellent starting point to visit Rome's unique masterpieces of art and history. Guest access The whole apartment will be exclusively for you and you’ll be given 2 sets of keys. In the apartment you’ll find: DVD (also for children), touristic guides and books (also in foreign language). We don’t ask for a security deposit because we trust our guests will behave as they were at home. Apartment can host a maximum of 4 guests (including baby and infants), any reservation for a number over 4 guests will be refused or cancelled. Other things to note The apartment is located on "mezzanine" floor (between ground and first floor) and there are only 4 steps to do. The area is lively but safe and you can walk also at night without any problems. The most lively area is far from the apartment but there is a pub just in front of it, people drink inside but smokers get outside and usually on Friday and Saturday there are many people and this might cause some noises. The noice has been sensibly reduced by fitting a second window.
