About the Property La Casa del Medianero consists of a total of six private rooms, each with its own bathroom, offering guests complete privacy. All rooms share access to the communal areas, including the pool, terrace, gardens, patio, barbecue area, and parking. The Ramón room features a private bedroom with two single beds joined and prepared as a double bed (180x200). Upon prior request, at least 48 hours before arrival, the beds can be arranged as two separate single beds. The bedroom offers optional air conditioning, available at an additional daily cost. The private bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap. Living Area and Kitchen The living space is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with a two-seater sofa and a sofa that converts into a double bed, suitable for one additional adult or two small children. This allows for flexible accommodation when a third guest joins. Optional air conditioning is available in the living area at an additional daily cost. The room also includes a Smart Tv, access to a fully equipped kitchen, and reliable fibre-optic WiFi at 65 Mbps, ideal for streaming and remote work. Guest Capacity The base rate applies to one or two guests. A third guest is welcome and uses the sofa double bed, carrying an additional nightly cost, which must be correctly reflected in the reservation. Shared Amenities Guests enjoy access to well-maintained shared areas, including a heated saltwater swimming pool, sun terrace, gardens, patio, barbecue area, and on-site parking. The saltwater pool is maintained at approximately 24 °c. Pool Hours: April to October: 09:00 to 19:00 November to March: 09:00 to 18:00 Outdoor Spaces Both the private rooms and shared areas open onto pleasant outdoor spaces furnished with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden, patio, or pool area. Ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sun, or unwinding after a day exploring the island. Location Highlights Macher is a quiet and authentic village, centrally located in the south of Lanzarote. Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are approximately 15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, local restaurants, a petrol station, and a church. Arrival and Access The property offers keyless digital access via the Hoomvip app, which also includes the mandatory online check-in form required by Spanish law for all travellers staying in Spain. This form must be completed prior to arrival. Once check-in is completed, guests receive access instructions, a personalised digital guide, a welcome message, local recommendations, and essential contact information. Check-in from 15:00 Check-out by 11:00 Housekeeping and Linens The stay includes bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths. For stays longer than seven nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service is provided, including fresh linens and towels.
