My place is good for couples. 1st floor STUDIO with a size of 18 m² comprises of a matrimonial bed/kitchen corner/dishwasher/table/chairs/closet/bathroom. Spacious terrace one floor lower with garden, free parking on the property, gratis Wi-Fi and A/C. Smoking is allowed only at the garden terrace. The space Studio is positioned in quiet area within tourist area on foot distance from the beach and town center. As it is STUDIO it has all-in-one room (matrimonial bed, kitchenette, kitchen table, dishwasher, shower/toilet, spacious garden terrace one floor below with chair and table. There are Wi-Fi(wlan) and cable tv provided. Guest access Guest are welcome to share with us parking space, garden. We will send you information which parking space belongs to you after you confirm booking. Smoking is allowed only on the garden terrace one floor below but not in the apartment. Since we are family oriented house parties are not allowed. Please obey quiet hours rules. We do not allowed friends or family members to visit while you are staying in our house because of the COVID-19. As this is a family-oriented property, parties are not allowed, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the apartment. For safety reasons, especially due to past COVID-19 precautions, we kindly ask that you do not bring visitors into the apartment. All utilities are included in the price, except heating from November 1st to April 1st, which is charged at €6.00 per day. Use of the washing machine is available for €5.00 per service.
