The Space Indoors: Living room with a cozy fireplace, high-end kitchen, 3 double bedrooms facing the sea, and 3 modern bathrooms (1 en-suite). Outdoors: South-facing terrace, charcoal BBQ, outdoor dining, and lounge area. Private Pool (8x4 m): Heated to 26°C and included from Oct 15 to May 15 (not needed outside this period). Thermal cover must be used at night. Note: Pool is unfenced; child supervision is required. Amenities: AC, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, private parking, and family essentials (cot, toys). Key Details Check-in / Check-out: 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM (flexible upon availability). Privacy & Security: Alarm and cameras are completely turned off during your stay. Services: Weekly pool/garden care and optional mid-stay cleaning upon request. Other things to note 1. The pool water is heated to 26 °C, and this service is included in the price for all stays between October 15 and May 15. If you use the heated pool during your stay, please make sure to keep it covered whenever it is not in use, as it will otherwise lose heat quickly. 2. Security System Information: our home is equipped with a Securitas alarm system. However, during your stay, the alarm is NOT activated, and therefore, the cameras are also DISCONNECTED. The cameras only operate when the alarm is armed 3. Our gardener will come to take care of the pool and garden on the day of your arrival and then once a week during your stay. 4. Should you require any domestic help during your stay, we’ll be happy to put you in touch with our trusted cleaning staff.
