Also, noisy behavior and music outside are not allowed. The space The house accommodates 8 people in four bedrooms (maximum 6 adults). Semi-detached on its west side, the land planted with holm oaks and pines extends to the east of the house. Dating back to the 1980s, the house offers the simplicity and friendliness of a country house. In summer, all meals can be taken on a shaded terrace located in the extension of the kitchen. A gas barbecue is at your disposal (wood fires and charcoal are prohibited). The swimming pool area (8mX4m) secured between pine forest and scrub awaits you for relaxing moments. The pool deck is equipped with gazebos and deckchairs. Under the pine trees, a few meters from the pool, a ping-pong table and two hammocks await enthusiasts. Built on a small hill, the relief is therefore present outside. Inside, the different living spaces are accessed by one or more steps. The house would therefore not be suitable for people who have difficulty getting around. Amenities are close: a supermarket and pharmacy 500 meters away, bakeries, greengrocer 1.4 km away.
