The space The apartment is located within the walls of Lucca adjacent to the historic Villa Bottini in a quiet area with many windows overlooking the park. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor which can be reached by climbing a comfortable, very bright stone staircase with windows towards the park of the villa. It has been carefully restored and furnished which can accommodate up to 5 people. It’s composed by: - entrance / large and bright living room with sofa, armchair and LCD Smart TV. - well equipped kitchen with 4 gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery, Express coffee. - in the sleeping area, with windows overlooking the park of the villa, there is: - a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and A / C. - a bedroom with 2 single beds with A / C. - a study with 1 single bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and table for PC use. - bathroom with shower and hairdryer. - dressing room with small laundry room, washing machine, iron and ironing board with the possibility of hanging laundry outside on wire. - Use of wi-fi internet Fiber free throughout the apartment (Very Fast Fiber Internet Connection available for free in the entire property). Most of the furnishings were made by me as the head of the bed in the double room which reproduces the famous composition of Puccini "Nessun Dorma" from the work of Turandot. Nearby Located in the heart of Lucca everything is easily accessible: you can explore the excellent restaurants and pizzerias which are located just 30 meters away, you can have breakfast in one of the local bars and pastry shops 50 meters away. The train station and the bus stop are about 10/15 minutes walk away and are an excellent base for excursions in the area. In about 30 minutes by train or car you can reach Versilia (the sea with the cities of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta etc.) the historic city of Pisa (Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower). Or in just over an hour by train you can arrive directly in the center of Florence, a city known throughout the world. The convenience and prestige of the location will fascinate you by making you spend a relaxing stay in a sought-after city of art. Moving Everything is easily accessible on foot. The apartment is not in a ZTL area and it is possible to park temporarily in front of the main door to unload and load luggage. The car must be moved and parked nearby in paid parking lots (for more information visit the Luccplus website or using the Telepass or Easypark application) or outside the walls for free. House Rules I kindly ask guests to treat the apartment with respect and to participate in the separate collection. Heating according to consumption from October-April after reading the meter on your arrival and departure at a cost of € 1.60 per cubic meter. To use the air conditioning in the rooms, there is a charge of 6 euros per day to be paid at check-in. Rubbish must be thrown away into the Garby containers that are located in various points in the area, in the apartment there is a book with a section dedicated to this service. At check-in you will be asked to pay the tourist tax in cash (3.5 euros per person) for the first 3 days. Children under 14 are exempt.
