The space The property is located 5 meters from the beach, facing the sea, in a typical fishing area of Malaga, with a selection of bars and restaurants right outside and along a 20-kilometer coastal route. It's a quiet area with excellent public transportation connections. Downtown, with its cultural attractions, nightlife and shopping, is 10 minutes away by bus or car. Nerja and its caves are 30 minutes away, and Torremolinos is 25 minutes away. It is an ideal place for those seeking rest, with all amenities at hand and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, where there are about 300 days of sunshine a year. There is also a golf course in El Candado 600 meters away or a 10-minute walk, a marina a 5-minute walk and Añoreta Golf a 10-minute drive, as well as many other golf courses on the Costa del Sol less than 20 minutes away by car. Activities in the area include beach soccer, beach volleyball, a paddle tennis court and an outdoor gym.
