"Lou Colombier" House

This village house with authentic charm and not overlooked, ideally oriented S-O, welcomes you on 110 m2 spread over 3 floors, including an attic room of 50 m2. It has all the comforts: dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine, Délonghi filter coffee maker, Bodum teapot, unlimited free Wi-Fi, double glazing, mosquito nets... and even pétanque games to enjoy the boulodrome in front of the house. Nature and exotic holidays guaranteed! The space The property has a private entrance on the ground floor where you can possibly leave bikes. On the first floor you will enjoy a living/dining room with TV and a fully equipped open kitchen with all the usual utensils. On the second floor is a large bathroom with a washer-dryer, a bedroom of 16 m2 (bed 160) and separate toilet. Finally on the top floor, the attic room of 50 m2 can accommodate 4 people thanks to a bed of 140 and 2 beds 90x200. It also offers a desk area with a round table and 4 chairs. Please bring your own bed linen. Towels and bath towels can be rented upon request for an additional €12/stay. Located in the hamlet of Jabron, you will be halfway between 2 typical villages of the Var (Trigance and Comps-sur-Artuby) where you will find all the amenities: groceries, bakeries, post office, tourist office, tobacco press, gas station, ATM, bars, restaurants… Last stop before the Verdon, it is the ideal place to discover the Var hinterland, as well as the spectacular Route des Gorges, the Lake of Sainte-Croix with its nautical activities, the village of Moustiers and its famous earthenware, the lavender of Valensole... It is of course also the perfect resting place for hiking enthusiasts (Imbut, the Martel Trail...). And by the way, the GR49 is right next to the accommodation! The plus: possibility to also rent the independent studio "Lou Rigaou" in the middle floor of the house depending on availability. Guest access The car is essential. You can park for free in a car park in front of the house. Other things to note In case of need, the owners who live 1 hour drive are at your disposal.
