House "Lou Colombier"

This charming village house, with its authentic character and complete privacy, is ideally situated facing southwest. It offers 110 m² of living space spread over three floors, including a 50 m² attic bedroom. It boasts all modern comforts: dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine, DeLonghi filter coffee maker, Bodum teapot, free unlimited Wi-Fi, double glazing, mosquito nets… and even pétanque sets to enjoy the boules court in front of the house. The space The accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor where you can leave bicycles if needed. On the first floor, you will find a living/dining room with a TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all the usual utensils. On the second floor, there is a large bathroom with a washer-dryer, a 16 m² bedroom (queen-size bed), and a separate toilet. Finally, on the top floor, the 50 m² attic bedroom can accommodate four people with a double bed and two single beds. It also offers a desk area with a round table and four chairs. Please bring your own bed linen. Tea towels and bath towels can be rented upon request for an additional €12 per stay. Located in the hamlet of Jabron, you'll be halfway (6 km) between two typical Var villages (Trigance and Comps-sur-Artuby) where you'll find all the amenities: grocery stores, bakeries, post office, tourist office, newsagent/tobacconist, petrol station, ATM, bars, restaurants, and more. The last stop before the Verdon Gorge, it's the ideal place to discover the Var hinterland, as well as the spectacular Gorges Road, Lake Sainte-Croix with its water sports, the village of Moustiers and its famous pottery, the lavender fields of Valensole, and more. It's also the perfect place to relax for hiking enthusiasts (the Imbut, the Sentier Martel, etc.). And what's more, the GR49 long-distance hiking trail passes right by the property! Bonus: the independent studio "Lou Rigaou" on the ground floor of the house is also available for rent, subject to availability. Guest access The car is a must. You can park for free in a parking lot in front of the house. Other things to note If needed, the owners who live an hour's drive away are at your disposal.
