We welcome you to Saint Nazaire, all year long: for 4 nights (excluding school holidays), week, fortnight or more in an independent accommodation of 110 m² (wing of our house). Sea view, year-round heated indoor private pool and direct access to the coastal trail and beaches. Ground floor: kitchen open to living room (37 m²), swimming pool (5m x 4m), bathroom, toilet, space with fitness equipment, single-storey terrace on the park. Floor: 3 bedrooms of which 2 with bathrooms. The space The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, Gaggenau oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included) Parking on the property. Pool reserved for tenants only. Ideal place if you want to practice water sports (water sports base 5mn); hiking, sunbathing on small quiet beaches while being close to shops and trendy cafes). The rental was completely renovated in 2018/2019. Guest access the pool is reserved for holidaymakers. Other things to note during the school holidays the minimum stay is 7 nights.
