We welcome you to Saint Nazaire, all year round: for 4 nights (excluding school holidays), a week, a fortnight or more in an independent accommodation of 110 m² (wing of our house). Sea view, private indoor pool heated all year round and direct access to the coastal trail and beaches. Ground floor: a kitchen open to a living room (37 m²), swimming pool (5 m x 4 m), bathroom, toilet, space with fitness equipment, single-storey terrace on park. Floor: 3 bedrooms including 2 with bathroom. The space The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, Gaggenau oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included) Parking on the property. Swimming pool reserved exclusively for tenants. Ideal place if you want to practice water sports (nautical base 5 minutes away); hiking, sunbathing on small quiet beaches while being close to shops and trendy cafés). The rental was completely renovated in 2018/2019. Guest access the pool is reserved for vacationers. Other things to note during school holidays the minimum stay is 7 nights.
