You will be staying at the ski resort, next to one of the most beautiful villages in Spain 🏆, Sallent de Gállego, in the heart of the Pyrenees and next to the border with France 🇫🇷, just 20 minutes from Artouste and its famous PETIT TRAIN 🚂. The maximum capacity is 6️⃣ people. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and consists of two spacious bedrooms with built-in closets, as well as a large, well-kept and bright ☀️living room with enviable views. It has a great bathroom, with a rain shower tray and washing machine, a renovated kitchen and guardaskis inside the house. The apartment's huge terrace 🔝is a pleasure to eat or relax 🧘reading during the summer!! It has a 🅿️ parking space. The house, has all legal permits as a housing for tourist use. The kitchen 🍳 is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer and all kinds of utensils for cooking. The living room has a large sofa with two independent armchairs and a nice wooden table. The house is heated by biomass with a pellet stove 🔥 that provides natural and ecologically sustainable heat. The views from the living room to the mountain and the private gardens of the development are a delight 🖼️ for the eyes and make the apartment a very bright and fantastic place to ski and/or rest for a few days. In the heart of the shopping 💸and dining 🍱 area A crib and highchair 🚼 are available for babies. POSSIBILITY OF LATE CHECKOUT 😴2:00 PM UPON PRIOR REQUEST (€90). Guest access 🅿️ Parking included in the price. 🎿 Ski storage inside the apartment. 🏊‍♀️ The development has a community pool in summer ☀️ It has many green areas 🏞️ with swings 🛝and fun for the little ones 🧸 Just 4 km away is Sallent de Gállego, declared a beautiful town in Spain, where you can enjoy strolling through its streets or among other services SPA🫧, mountain bike routes🚴, paddle tennis🎾, climbing wall🧗‍♂️ and sports courts⚽️. Other things to note The Tena Valley 🌈 offers endless possibilities for children and adults, both in summer ☀️and winter ❄️ for winter sports, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, climbing, trekking, water sports, horseback riding, paragliding, rafting, canyoning…. No 🚫 parties, no smoking 🚭 or people outside 🚷 the reservation, or disturbing neighbors and the community. Airbnb will be called for the immediate eviction of the apartment. Leaving the house without cleaning up 🧽 (dirty dishes and countertops or cabinets, garbage inside, lights on 💡) will result in a request to Airbnb for a €180 penalty. It will be verified with photos and/or videos. There will be NO possibility of canceling ⚠️ due to weather ☔️ or skiable domain.
