We welcome all well behaved animals and we have a warm outside shower. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later we will try and accommodate. The space Spacious Georgian Grade 2 listed refurbished house. Brimming with original features and converted to a high standard with attention to detail. Comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Located on High Terrace a 2 minute walk away from the restaurants and beach. Lovely quiet access only road with sea views with on street parking, not guaranteed at busy times. Outside area terraced at the back with a delightful garden with sea views across Cardigan Bay. Barbecue with further seating area in a private sun trap with fairy lights for entertaining at night. Wonderful house for entertaining with vintage designer furniture with the emphasis on practical and fuss free living. The owner has 3 small children and a family friend with a dog so fully appreciates the rigours of family life. All white cotten bed linen is supplied with white Egyptian towels. Our aim is to make life as easy as possible for you to ensure you get the most out of your stay. The WiFi is very fast and we have never had a problem with it allowing multiple devices to stream without complications. Soap and basic toiletries are supplied. We subscribe to the Enhanced Cleaning Protocol and as such our cleaning charges have had to increase as all areas have to be cleaned and sanitised between each clean. This is for everyone’s safety and should hopefully provide reassurance that we are abiding by our responsibility to provide a safe environment for guests to stay.
