There are view overlooking the golf course with tantalising glimpses of the sea on one side of the apartment and views over the swimming pools on the other side. Accommodation The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Spacious Master suite with large bathroom, and walk-in wardrobes and large terrace with a glimpse of the sea. Bedroom 2 – Double bed with built-in wardrobes, leading out to terrace. Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes leading out to terrace overlooking the communal pool area. Bedroom 4 - Twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes Bathrooms Bathroom 1 – Ensuite - Bath, separate Large shower, double washbasin, bidet and toilet. Bathroom 2 – Large shower, toilet and washbasin Bathroom 3 - Bath with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin Additional Information The terraces are large and offer plenty of space to dine and relax. The complex area features 4 large swimming pools and 2 childrens pools, surrounded by grassy areas with plenty of space for sun bathing and for children to play. The pool nearest to the apartment is your allocated pool The apartment is located on the first floor with access via an elevator or stairs. There is one allocated secure underground parking space and the complex offers 24 hour security with a porter. The beach is just opposite the complex and the town center is a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front. There are two great beach bars very close by, along with two good restaurants and a mini supermarket with fresh bread. The apartment is for your use only during your stay. Other things to note Security Deposit: €500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Check-In: Between 4 - 8pm. Later check in my be possible for an additional fee, please enquire during the booking process for more information. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates: - €15 per single bed set; - €25 per double bed set; - €10 per towel set; A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.  Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked. Pets allowed on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees: - €25 per cot - €15 per high chair - €20 per cot mattress topper A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional cleaning is available at €16.50 per hour, plus IVA, payable locally. Minimum 3 hours.
