Located in beautiful green Sintra, it has magnificent views of hills,Pena Palace and Moorish Castle. Only a 10min walk to the village center. Concerned with safety and wellbeing of our guests, we belong to the "Clean & Safe" program of Turismo de Portugal. Ideal for families/groups, it has 4 rooms,3 bathrooms, living room with games and reading area, dining room and garden lined with century-old trees. Have a stay with character, we look forward to receiving you! The space Guests use the whole house and garden; on the first floor there are 2 balconies overlooking the mountain : a big one with seatting place and umbrella, the second balcony is smaller and serves 2 rooms. Also the living room overlooks the mountain and has a wonderfull light and sun all day long. Guest access Free Wi-Fi in the house, Cable TV, equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board. The basement has an independent apartment lived by a couple who is available in case of need. Other things to note Security deposit of 200€ in cash at check-in. All guests require an Identification Document to inform Foreign Services. There is a payment in cash at check-in, concerning Municipality Tax, of 2€ / night (maximum of 3 nights) for each guest over 12 years old. Transfer from/to Lisbon airport or train station are available at your request for an additional fee. Cleaning services are available at your request for an additional fee.
