No pets. A common garden to share, with a magnificent sea view. - 1 large bright living room -1 equipped kitchen, with glass roof - 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single Futon beds -2 shower rooms adjoining the bedrooms - 1 toilet - 1 south-facing terrace The space Presence of a nice water point, just in front of the terrace. The house is very comfortable, bright, well-equipped and carefully decorated. You can arrange your living room at your leisure and according to your workforce, since the second bedroom , with a sliding door, can also be used as an extension to the living room. You can enjoy the peace and quiet on your private terrace, well wooded in summer for more discretion. You can also share the garden, facing the sea, with the owners (rarely outside) and enjoy this breathtaking view of the ocean. The house does NOT have a sea view but a privileged space has been set up exclusively for our tenants, in the garden, by the cliff, so that they can enjoy a magnificent beach view. Linens are optional (€15 per set of sheets and the Towel Kit for 2 people). Only dish towels are provided automatically. The cleaning fee is optional and costs €70 If the cleaning fee is not requested, the tenants agree to return the accommodation in a very good state of cleanliness. Otherwise, a flat amount of €90 will be deducted from the Airbnb security deposit. WiFi You can bring your car into the courtyard to unload your belongings and then park it in the many parking spaces outside the property. In low season, check-in and check-out times are very flexible In July/August, rentals are by the week ( 7 nights minimum) Pets are NOT allowed Other things to note The house itself does not have a sea view It is at the back of the owners' Villa.
