The space The interior of this traditional stone villa from the 19th century is a mixture of modern and antique. Secluded from busy streets, and situated in the peaceful town of Nerezine, this island house offers you to relax and enjoy a completely stress-free vacation. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free high-speed WiFi, and LED TV. Private parking for 3 cars is free and provided in the yard. The ground floor of this antique stone house consists of a spacious living and dining area, as well as a commodious kitchen. The kitchen features the fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and all sorts of kitchen utensils you may need (toaster, kettle...), as well as herbs from the garden (oregano, rosemary, laurel…). On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds, a tastefully decorated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room, and a toilet. We continue to the first floor where the master bedroom is located. This bright bedroom includes a wardrobe and computer desk with a comfortable chair. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom (shower, toilet, and washbasin). This secluded holiday home also features an attic bedroom with a bed, additional sofa bed, and a lounge area with LED TV, all below high-sloped ceilings. Child crib, bed linen, and towels (also beach towels) are at your disposal. In front of the house, in the shadow of a 150-year-old grapevine tree, there is a comfortable sitting area and a big dining table with chairs. The garden also features a big charcoal barbecue/grill together with wood and grilling accessories. For little ones, there is a big trampoline, a badminton set, and a lot of garden toys. In the surroundings, there are no busy roads... You can relax sitting in the sun loungers and hanging swing in the shade of the big nettle tree and listen to the music of the crickets... As we rent the entire property, the house offers you peace and privacy. The city center and the nearest beach is just 10 minutes' walk away. In 2022 villa was selected and awarded as "The best holiday home in Croatia" by the Croatian National Tourist Board and Novi List daily newspaper. Since the renovation of the villa, numerous articles have been published in Croatian national printed and digital media, such as "Večernji List", "Journal", "Novi list" where the villa was classified as one of the most beautiful holiday villas.
