Spacious villa Patrick House located in the peaceful village Radovici just 200 m from the Bay of Tivat, 4 km from Tivat airport and 10km from UNESCO site of Kotor. Only 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 3 min drive to Blue Horizons sandy beach. Local bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars approx 5 mins away. The house is very spacious and has great views of the sea and Lovcen Mountains. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths spread out on 4 levels with three terraces, a garden and a BBQ area. The space The property has two parts, the main 3-bedroom house and one-bedroom apartment which can be rent together with the house if required. The main house can accommodate up to 7 guests, the apartment - 2 guests. The standard rate is for the main house, the cost and possibility of renting an apartment are on request. A deposit of 200 Euro is payable in cash on arrival to cover any damages or breakages and extra cleaning. This will be refunded on departure subject to any deductions for the above. The comfortable system of heating/cooling in every room, underfloor heating, satellite TV, WiFi. Parking for 2-3 cars plus garage. Ideally located for walking, cycling, relaxing with the sea. In a very close proximity to yacht hire, sailing lessons, wind surfing, kayaking, jet-ski, infinity pool, spa and massage. Guest access On the ground level of the main house there are two rooms with access to the patio and BBQ, toilet and attached oversized garage. One of these rooms is used as a bedroom furnished with a large comfortable sofa bed. The next level is a spacious open plan living room with fireplace and large terrace, as well as a kitchen/dinning room fully equipped with everything you may need (full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher, cooker with 4 ring halogen hob, oven, microwave, large table with 6 chairs). The terrace is big enough for outside alfresco dining and enjoying the sun. On the third level there is a big twin/double bedroom with garden views, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a balcony with beautiful Lovcen view. Finally, the forth level (the attic) has a large king size bed with en-suite bath and toilet facilities, leading on to the covered lodge overlooks Tivat Bay.
