The house is located in the second row to the water, only about 80 steps from the beach, in a peaceful Mediterranean setting. The villa consists of two fully equipped levels, offering plenty of space and privacy for 12 guests + 2 additional guests on extendable sofa beds. With six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, and spacious outdoor areas, it is ideal for families and groups who want comfort, quiet surroundings, and a true holiday atmosphere. The upper level features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living room with an extendable sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms include double beds, while the third offers a 120 cm and a 90 cm bed. A highlight of this floor is the large terrace with a beautiful sea view, perfect for morning coffee or dinner in the warm evening light. Air conditioning is available in the living room, the hallway, and the master bedroom, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The pool level includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom, including its private bathroom and air conditioning, has a separate private entrance for extra privacy. The two other bedrooms each have a double bed. The third bedroom offers a flexible setup: either one 180 cm bed plus a 90 cm bed, or two separate 90 cm beds. The living room also has an extendable sofa bed for two additional guests, and the combined living and kitchen area is air-conditioned. From the pool level, guests step directly onto the approx. 70 m² terrace, ideal for warm summer nights under the bioclimatic pergola or the open sky. The spacious outdoor summer kitchen and BBQ area invites you to enjoy long evenings together. The garden, filled with orange, lemon, and olive trees, creates a truly Mediterranean atmosphere. A shaded gazebo offers a quiet space for morning yoga, reading, or relaxing throughout the day. The villa has been renovated continuously since 2019. A new bedroom and bathroom were added in the first phase, and the pool was completed in June 2019. In 2020, the entire garden, pool area, summer kitchen, pergola, and pool fence were completed. All outdoor furniture is new, and the house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We are committed to upgrading and maintaining the property regularly, ensuring our guests always enjoy a high standard of comfort, quality, and Mediterranean charm. Guests have access to the entire property, except for the technical storage room under the pool. Two e-bikes (one women’s and one men’s) and one e-scooter are available during your stay. Guests are also welcome to taste our self-produced white and red wine for a small contribution. The villa is a perfect starting point for day trips to Split, Dubrovnik, Hvar and other beautiful destinations along the Dalmatian coast. Beaches, restaurants, and shops are all close by. We are happy to host guests who appreciate a peaceful environment and treat the home with care.
