house of character ideal for a large family

We rent a detached house at an altitude of five hundred meters in the municipality of Xertigny. It was labeled 4 stars in 2015. The official capacity of the cottage is 8 people and it can accommodate a maximum of 11 people + 1 baby. The cottage occupies the entire house. No pets allowed It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of a meadow and on the edge of the forest. See the photos, they give an overview... just an overview because the reality is more beautiful. The weak points are: - absence of mobile phone networks offset by unlimited telephone subscription to landlines and mobiles. - the isolation of the house is offset by absolute tranquility. Guest access Tenants have access to the entire house EXCEPT the cellar, the attic, the living room sideboard and the southwest window door. The two copies of the key given to them open the main entrance doors, the technical room, and the kitchen. We can give you a second copy of the key on request on the day of your arrival. We absolutely want to be there at the time of your arrival (no keys left somewhere in our absence). Other things to note IMPORTANT: Our house has also been labeled "tourism handicap" for the four categories. regarding cleanliness, if cleaning is included in the price, it is because we absolutely want to do the cleaning ourselves for each arrival. since the COVID crisis, we have adopted the enhanced cleaning recommended by AIRBNB. in addition to being beautiful, it is spotless and the tranquility is absolute. finally, we strive to respond favorably to all requests, questions and complaints by reserving you a warm welcome so that your stay is simply unforgettable. whatever the weather, you will have a great stay thanks to the great comfort, spaces and all the little things that cannot be inventoried. Extra sheets are Percale for double beds. Bath towels are 450 to 500 grams quality. Linens are provided free of charge. We put a roll of paper for each toilet (4) and a bottle of liquid soap for each sink (4). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, appliances, glasses and more... we have among other things a fondue, raclette and electric pierrade service for 8 people. for Christmas, we assemble a 3-meter-high (artificial) tree richly decorated in red and gold with 36 meters of electric garlands. All the rooms of the house are discreetly decorated.
