The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the spa (Kurpark), the Great Pond, golf course, supermarket and about 15 minutes from the pedestrian area (CBD) etc. The large bedroom: With an area of about 20m², overlooking the park-like garden, the bedroom is a haven where you can enjoy cozy evenings. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a work table. TV and Wi-Fi are free. The small room is equiped with sofa bed for 2 kids or 1 adult. The mini-kitchen is equipped with kitchen cabinet and all electrical appliances: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee cooker, etc... The bathroom, 7m², is modern, bright and fully equipped with bathtub, wash basin, mirror cabinet, bath towels, hairdryer etc...
